i can now

hold my toes with my hands while I am lying on my back. I am trying to put them into my mouth, but havent been able to do that yet.

A lot of dry patches on my body all over again, mommy is very worried :(

two more shots

we went to the doctor again last morning and I got two more shots. They pained a little but I was fine afterwards.

in Pune

The weather in Pune is a little dry for me. my skin has become very dry since I came here. I have managed to scratch and bruise my nose with my nails.
Otherwise it is good.


Cool dude 

I go down to the garden every evening and have my own fan club there. There is Akhil dada, Aaditi tai, Aabha, Priyavrat and so many other kids who meet me everyday.

anu maushi's birthday today

happy birthday anu maushi! I hope you send me some cake.

its party time!

daddy's friends came over with their babies on Sunday. It was a lot of fun.

Ambarish kaka and Prachi Kaku came with Ridhi, Samir Kaka and Kanchan Kaku came with Ishan, Bhushan Kaka and Isha Kaku came with Titir, Yogesh Kaka and Ashwini Kaku came without their baby (they have'nt got one for themselves yet). Shreeyash Kaka and Niranjan Kaka were there too.

I slept most of the time and woke up only after Bhushan Kaka had left. Ishan, Titir and Ridhi are so much fun! Ridhi is only 18 days older than I and she is so pretty...Ishan and Titir are slightly older than us..Ishan is 8 months old and Titir is 7 months old.

visit to the doctor

daddy drove me and mommy to the local doctor last evening. daddy was worried that I keep licking my fingers all the time, but the doctor said its OK. I love licking my fingers...they taste so good!

I love outings and was happy of course. When we returned, Athu dada had come to see me. He left shortly after.

my new pram

daddy and mommy got me a new pram today. It is pretty cool. In the evening I went downstairs to the garden in the pram and I liked it (the garden and the pram).


Mihir in pram 

Mandar kaka, Mitu maushi and Aaditi tai came down to see me last evening.
Aaditi tai was very excited to see me. Manoj Kaka, Mrunal maushi and Akhil dada came to see me this evening. Akhil dada also was very excited to see me. He wanted to take me to the garden where they were scheduled to go, but nobody allowed him to.

There is now this new lady to bathe me every morning. I dont mind, I love bath-time anyways.

Mumbai gramma went back to mumbai by the early morning train.

arrived in Pune

daddy was here on Friday evening. He drove mommy and me to Pune this morning. We reached Pune by 2 PM. My gramma accompanied us. Grampa, gramma, ba and anu maushi were all very sad that I was leaving mumbai. Ba even gave up her sleep for 3 days to spend that time with me...They all wept a lot. Much more than I do when somebody removes my hand from my mouth while I am licking my fingers.

The journey to Pune was pretty quick. I slept through most of it. When we arrived, my Pune gramma and grampa were waiting for me. They had decorated the house a bit to mark my arrival.

I am now settling in pune..everything is new...the house, the weather, the people, everything.

nothing after that...

all that enthu only on that day...he has'nt turned or even tried after that :)

and mommy tells me he has become more serious since 2-3 days...does not "talk" or smile as often as he used to.

mihir manages to turn!!

mommy just called me to say that Mihir managed a successful turn and rolled over to lie on his stomach at 11.55 PM IST last night, for the first time. He had been trying since a fortnight but wasnt quite getting it right all these days.

some new sounds

I can now say 'aguuu' and 'agheee' and I say it everytime I feel happy.
Daddy and Mommy keep wondering what it means but they dont know yet.

I started making these sounds quite a few days ago, but now the process is consistent and repeatable and I am working on optimizing it.
